A KPI contribution wheel diagram allows you to explore a specific KPI along one of its dimensions to visually convey the relative importance and performance for the various dimension members naturally and intuitively by using sector sizes and colors. It is similar to a strategy wheel contribution diagram in layout (see "Understanding a Strategy Contribution Wheel Diagram").
You can create and save a KPI contribution wheel diagram for a KPI in the global header or from the Home page - Performance Management area using the More link.
You can view, create, and save a KPI contribution wheel diagram for a KPI from the Home or Catalog pages, or from within any scorecard view that contains a KPI node, such as strategy tree diagrams, strategy contribution wheel diagrams, smart watchlists, and KPI watchlists.
You can view (in read-only mode) a KPI contribution wheel diagram on a mobile device and interact with any KPI contribution wheel on the mobile device's dashboard by using the View KPI Contribution Wheel context menu item. See User's Guide for Oracle Business Intelligence Mobile for Apple iOS for detailed information.

Note: Only "additive" KPIs are supported in the KPI contribution wheel at the time of writing. In other words, a KPI whose actual values for child members at a specific level in the dimension hierarchies are added together to equal the actual value of their parent member. |
